Whilst all furniture is checked for damage before delivery, if anything is found to be damaged or faulty, please notify our driver immediately upon delivery and we can arrange to exchange the item for you.
Ni-Night's aim is always to deliver the highest quality and safety. That is why we provide a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects on all our furniture. The guarantee does not cover damage to the painted finish caused by knocks or wear and tear.
With regard to soft furnishings and accessories, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your goods and the faulty item will be replaced. Naturally we can't replace items that have been subjected to misuse.
Products on sale are non-returnable unless faulty.
