How to purchase from Ni-Night

We accept payments by cash, cheque, NETS, PayPal, direct debit and credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX). Cheques are to be made payable to Ni-Night Pte Ltd.

For online orders

Just shop via our shopping cart. Don’t forget to read about our delivery charges below.

For international orders

Please provide us with your country, city and postal code so that we can provide you with a door-to-door quotation.

We accept payment by PayPal or direct debit for international/online orders.

Pricing by Ni-Night

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars and include GST.

All local furniture delivery costs are included in our prices for purchases over $750.  A delivery charge of $80 applies for furniture purchases under $750.

Ni-Night reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Delivery by Ni-Night

Whilst we hold most items in stock, some may be sold out and will therefore take a little more time to reach you. We will notify you if this is the case and you will have the option to change or cancel your order if you need to.

Local Delivery Method and Charges

All local furniture delivery costs are included in our prices for purchases over $750.  A delivery charge of $80 applies for purchases under $750.

Delivery of furniture can be scheduled anytime between Monday and Saturday.

Accessories can be posted direct to you and you will be charged at the standard  rate.

Singapore orders are sent with a local courier company called Zyllem.  Deliveries usually take between 1 – 2 working days and do not include public holidays

Refunds and exchanges by Ni-Night

Whilst all furniture is checked for damage before delivery, if anything is found to be damaged or faulty, please notify our driver immediately upon delivery and we can arrange to exchange the item for you.

Ni-Night’s aim is always to deliver the highest quality and safety. That is why we provide a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects on all our furniture. The guarantee does not cover damage to the painted finish caused by knocks or wear and tear.

With regard to soft furnishings and accessories, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your goods and the faulty item will be replaced. Naturally we can’t replace items that have been subjected to misuse.

Products on sale are non-returnable unless faulty.

Ni-Night Gift Vouchers solve your entire gift buying problems!

Available in multiples of $10 and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase your Gift Vouchers are redeemable online or at ni-night.

Gift Vouchers are presented in a gorgeous envelope with your personalised message and sent to the specified delivery address. If you prefer to write a message yourself, we can deliver the vouchers directly to you.

Terms and Conditions of Ni-Night

Firstly, thank you for trusting Ni-Night with your furniture purchase.

Ni-Night’s furniture is made from solid hardwood. As wood is a natural material that continues to live and breathe long after being felled, there will always be imperfections in the wood grain that we hope you appreciate.

Whilst all furniture is checked for damage before delivery, if anything is found to be damaged or faulty, please notify our driver immediately upon delivery and we can arrange to exchange the item for you.

Ni-Night’s aim is always to deliver the highest quality and safety which is why we will repair or replace any item of furniture with a manufacturing fault for the duration of the 1-year guarantee period.  This guarantee only applies to products that are used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes.  The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

With regard to soft furnishings and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 5 days of receipt of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover, but is not limited to, the following: damage caused by unreasonable or incorrect use, normal wear and tear, failure to provide proper care and maintenance, marking from stacking, routine wear of parts such as feet, glides, wheels, stoppers, grommets and any other wearing parts; normal fading due to lights or sunlight, non-adherence to advice given relating to suitable decors for outside use; scratching or chipping of paint or timber finishes; staining, discolouration, corrosion or damage caused by contact with unsuitable chemicals or materials, or damage to upholstery and frames due to obvious vandalism such as cuts or graffiti.

All care is taken to provide the correct information at the time of sale with regards to the properties of different materials, the correct way to care for them and the uses for which they are suitable. Acceptable of our invoice is acknowledgement of receipt of this information and your understanding of it.

We do our best to ensure that all pricing and other product data on the website is correct. In the event that an incorrect price is listed at an amount above the correct price, the price difference will be refunded as soon as possible. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price lower than the correct price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Ni-Night’s Privacy Policy

Ni-Night is committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your details secure whilst you are interacting with our services and products. We collect information in order to fulfill your purposes with Ni-Night and provide a better service to you.

Ni-Night will not sell, rent or lease its customer list to third parties. Your information will not be disclosed, unless we are required to do so by law.
